Louisiana Cookin', a bimonthly magazine now in its fifth year, is dedicated to presenting the best of the state's cuisine to an ever-increasing audience. Issues are packed with recipes for luscious dishes from home cooks and famous chefs, visits to famous and out-of-the-way restaurants, explanations of local ingredients and methods, and descriptions of Louisiana's celebrations that center on our wonderful food.
The number of issues included in a magazine subscription (frequency) is subject to change without notice. Additional
double issues may be published, which count as 2 issues. Applicable sales tax will be added. Offer void in Vermont.
